I'm very unhappy with the service I'm receiving. When I first bought the truck I waited an extra day for pick up due to a part having to be installed. Then on pickup day when it was supposed to be r When I first bought the truck I waited an extra day for pick up due to a part having to be installed. Then on pickup day when it was supposed to be ready, that's when the part was getting installed. I sat there for 3 hours when it was supposedly ready but it wasn't. The racks that were supposed to be on the truck was removed and no word on a replacement. I had a scheduled time today for a passing safety check and I sat here from 3:00 to 5:00 to find out that it failed due to fenders not being stock and my tail lights having a dark film. And now I just gotta basically drive illegally with no paperwork in my truck safety or registration. Also no time frame of when this will get resolved. I'm doing my part I'm trying to be patient but this is becoming issue. I really love the truck I just want this to be resolved. Thank you More

I work for the department of defense and our government vehicle got towed there and sat in your shop for two weeks. I called like three or four times the service department. They never returned my call. I vehicle got towed there and sat in your shop for two weeks. I called like three or four times the service department. They never returned my call. I had to go in for them to answer me found out that the keys were just been sitting in the tow box for over a week with no action. It took another week for them to install a battery, which was the electrical issue of the vehicle. More

It took 1 month to get my truck back, I had to follow up on progress and 3rd week order wrong parts? Don’t they order by my Vin? Got a scratch on door that I didn’t see other next day and rims were stained on progress and 3rd week order wrong parts? Don’t they order by my Vin?
