Service scheduling was great though Micah. He kept me updated and on the progress of my vehicle while in service. Unfortunately about a week later one of my issues started accruing again. Dropped my truck off after purchasing it 2 days ago, to get the transmission looked at. The truck sat there for 7 days and never got looked at. They called and said to come pick up the truck they couldn't get the transmission looked at. The truck sat there for 7 days and never got looked at. They called and said to come pick up the truck they couldn't work on it till the warranty paper work was in. I literally bought the truck 48 hours ago off the lot and they say came with a 60 day warranty. So now I'm driving around a truck that's not 100% waiting on them to get there paperwork squared up.
