I had warranty work done within 30 days of purchase of a used Mazda. Mr. Williams knew exactly what to do, took care of everything, put me in a nice loaner vehicle and all I had to do was wait for the call used Mazda. Both the repair and a loaner were free of charge to me and it feels like I’m driving a brand new car now. Thank you team Southern for a top notch world class treatment. More

We love the dealership but my husband was there for 6 and 1/2 hours because there were 2 mechanics and quite a few cars! They need not to take as many repairs do people don’t have to wait that long! Second bad experience after years of good service. I dropped off car in morning for servicing ( oil change) before opening. I received a text stating additional work needed to be done. After respondin I dropped off car in morning for servicing ( oil change) before opening. I received a text stating additional work needed to be done. After responding to the text as instructed twice there was no response. I called multiple times and no one answered phone until lunch when answering service was responsible for calls. Was not able to speak to anyone regarding issues with my car. Picked up at end of day and staff was unable to answer questions regarding problems found and I am unsure oil was even changed. I will never return. I used to use dealership for convenience, however, service is unfortunately non- existent. Mazda is a great car manufacturer but I will not use southern Mazda of Newport News again. More
