I honestly believe that this dealership can’t fix my MazdsCX50 impossible to contact service. Car has shown all gauge earnings with steering wheel locked. My low jack was removed as a cause and later replace. Two days later after bonding towed on a second time, it was a battery replacement and that worked for two days. Now the same warnings appear. Dealer is unresponsive to calls, unable or unwilling to give loaner vehicle and in total Wife refuses to drive the edible. More
4 hour wait for an inspection sticker. No exaggeration! My vehicle sat in the same spot in the first garage when I checked it in for 2.5 hrs then it was moved to the back lot and sat there No exaggeration! My vehicle sat in the same spot in the first garage when I checked it in for 2.5 hrs then it was moved to the back lot and sat there for another hour then It was moved to the back garage were they actually work on the vehicle. My appt was at 10am. I didn’t get my keys till 2:10pm. I wasn’t offered a shuttle/uber for the long wait. I was told that this is a normal wait time when they’re backed up. Very disappointing! Took my brand new Mazda CX-50 in for water intrusion into the interior. They kept the vehicle there for over a month, over 3 visits. Did not fix the problem, lied to me as to which work was performed and sto the interior. They kept the vehicle there for over a month, over 3 visits. I had a 9:00 appointment with the service department. I was asked if I could drop my car off because there were 25 appointments booked for that day. I was told that I would receive a call with an update later that afternoon. By 3:30 when I hadn’t received a call, I called the service department to request a status. I was told one issue had been resolved but the other issue was still undiagnosed and I was told the technician was almost done and they would call me back in 20-30 minutes. After over an hour I had received no call and decided to go back to the dealership because I needed my vehicle or a loaner. I have been dealing with this dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. This was the most disappointing experience. The previous service team is gone so I'm guessing this location is under new management again. Customer service is poor compared to the other team. More
