Was very polite, personable. I was checked in and notified that he would advise when my vehicle was finished. I sat in the lounge until it was ready. Excellent master technician, helpful service tech. I learned about my car and I got good value for the expertise I purchased. Certain repairs I'm happy to wait for as long as necessary, slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Other more routine things take a while, I'd rather drop off my car and pick up later. They should probably hire a few more entry level mechanics to speed along the small things like oil change and tires. One lady was there 2 hours for an oil change and tires. I really like the video the mechanic does when he talks you through the inspection. Lots of useful information and helps me plan out the next year's expected maintenance expenses. By the way your last question is really important. If my mechanic leaves? I leave. I'm happy to try out new mechanics through a dealership but I don't pick a dealership for a purchase without trusting the service department first. More
