They should probably hire a few more entry level mechanics to speed along the small things like oil change and tires. One lady was there 2 hours for an oil change and tires. I really like the video the mechanic does when he talks you through the inspection. Lots of useful information and helps me plan out the next year's expected maintenance expenses. By the way your last question is really important. If my mechanic leaves? I leave. I'm happy to try out new mechanics through a dealership but I don't pick a dealership for a purchase without trusting the service department first. More
