WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. June 5, 2026. Had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Over 3 hours later my car was still in the waiting area. The service guy tried t June 5, 2026. Problem was diagnosed immediately. Service advisor and manager went out the way to get me a loaner car and they completed my repairs expeditiously as possible. I appreciate it. Not sure names. The man in the parts department was fantastic. The guy that checked me in. 4 hour wait for an inspection sticker. No exaggeration! My vehicle sat in the same spot in the first garage when I checked it in for 2.5 hrs then it was moved to the back lot and sat there No exaggeration! My vehicle sat in the same spot in the first garage when I checked it in for 2.5 hrs then it was moved to the back lot and sat there for another hour then It was moved to the back garage were they actually work on the vehicle. My appt was at 10am. I didn’t get my keys till 2:10pm. I wasn’t offered a shuttle/uber for the long wait. I was told that this is a normal wait time when they’re backed up. Very disappointing!
