Senior's Beware If you have not gotten a new car in a few year's and are not used to the computer and systems in these new vehicle's. This would be true with any of the 2017 car dealerships. It is a whole new ball park and if you barely know how to use your new cell phone ? be ready for a real challenge. Also if you are not financing and are not interested in extended warantees, make this known at the beginning. I sat for an hour and a half waiting for the 1 man that could rake my check, who was busy financing and selling to other people. When I saw the people leave, I said excuse me sir, can you just take my check, he became furious and stormed out of the office yelling at me, trying to blame this on the salesman. When he returned he tried to shake hands and I said, I will not take your anger, he gave paperwork and I left. I made this as easy as I could. I go dealership's when I am shopping with the title and a check. I do not want extended warantees at my age...I do not put enough miles on my vehicles. More

He provided full explanations for all three models we requested test drives and explained the features of each one during my test drives. The price negotiations were expeditious and well presented. The delivery of the vehicle on the same day was excellent and George made sure the car met our expectations. He than set up and reviewed the many options on the car.
