I went in to see what kind of offer I would get on my old 2008 Elantra and ended up buying a 2017 Elantra. When I went in, I was escorted to the salesperson's desk who had contacted me through my initial email inquiry. But I explained that I had been contacted first via telephone by Kosta awhile ago and they were very kind in taking me to see Kosta. I appreciated the fact that they also thought it was fair to honor the salesman who made the first contact with me...there was no fighting over who did what and I applaud that. More
