First new car purchase ever, 80% done over the phone; trade value, down payment, credit approval, and payments, expected some kind of problem when we got there since it had been so smooth. Hyundai was offering a great lease deal on the Elantra. I first made a phone call and talked to Richard, and he was very detailed and honest about what the deal was. Told him I would be in the next day. Upon arrival, both Richard and Roosevelt were there to greet me, and they got the color Elantra I wanted the evening before. The process was seamless, pleasant, and quick. I had contacted another Hyundai dealer in the area also, and they were not upfront, rude, and deceptive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Hyundai, wherever you live, it's worth the drive. More
