I was looking to trade my Kia 2006 sedona van in. I stopped in to see the guys at Hyundai of St Augustine to see what kind of deal I could make. I just purchased a Genesis Coupe Track edition yesterday. I was referred to this dealer through the USAA car buying program. Joe Lando is a very knowledgable and personable salesman. Not only did they honor the USAA "below invoice" price, they also made me aware of a special $1000.00 Hyundai discount to owners of certain preferred trade in models. My 9-3 was on the list. I was unaware of such an offer and they took it on themselves to make me aware. This is a very "low pressure" dealership and is unusually "transparent" in the negotiation process.Most importantly, the Genesis coupe is a delight to drive and all the better at a substantial discount. I unreservedly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a Hyundai in Northern Florida. More

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Eddy went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. Jimmy handled the financial aspect of the deal with great care and made sure we were very clear on the various fees and costs. My wife and I were in the market for a used car. My wife found online nearly the exact same vehicle. Within 5,000 miles, same color, trim, interior, and options. It was even in better shape! The asking price was $4000 less then the negotiated price at the bigger dealer, and they even came down on that and gave me a better trade SITE UNSEEN. Then, and this tops it off, Richard drove the car up from St Aug to my work in Jacksonville for an hour long test drive. We loved the car and settled the OTD price without ANY hassles. They dropped the car off on Saturday in Orange Park where we live, and on Monday we drove down to sign the papers. To top it off, we had the deal completed in 15 minutes and only had to wait while they meticulously detailed and fueled the car for us. The staff is all extremely nice and never did we feel the slightest pressure to make a deal. I recommend them to anyone that asks. More

He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service. I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department. The customer service that we received was above and beyond our expectations. We have never been taken care of as well at any dealership that we have dealt with over our 40 years together. My husband decided to go online to look for a red PT Cruiser and the immediate response from Roosevelt was unbelievable. Roosevelt not only called us within minutes of our request but he did not stop until he had put together a tremendous deal for us. We drove about 123 miles to be able to take advantage of the deal that Roosevelt offered us. We traded our truck for our new 2007 PT Cruiser. We wanted to save on gas and we are already planning a number of trips now that we are able to do just that. Even though our vehicle is not brand new, you would never know that by looking at it. It looked as though it just came off the showroom floor. The car is immaculate and it was everything Roosevelt said that it was. It was so well taken care of with records to show all the service over the years. When we pulled up at the dealership, we were greeted by Roosevelt who made us feel like we had known him forever which is quite a compliment to the man that he is. He had the car there ready for us to look at. We immediately took it for a test ride and loved it. We went into the dealership where Roosevelt got us drinks and we were able to take care of the paperwork. The entire process went so smoothly. We never had any process handled so quickly or effortlessly as this. There was no pressure or stress. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly as well as extremely professional. We were very pleasantly surprised by a followup call from Roosevelt on Sunday to find out how everything was. We will hope to be able to send some business his way if at all possible.
