Buying a car I went to Hyundai of St. Augustine hoping to trade in my high mileage 2012 Kia Soul. I met Kyle Showalter and couldn't be happier. He worked so hard t I went to Hyundai of St. Augustine hoping to trade in my high mileage 2012 Kia Soul. I met Kyle Showalter and couldn't be happier. He worked so hard to help me get the best deal. He never tried to hide anything from me, was honest and up front and was very friendly and professional. I went i there looking at either a pre-owned Genesis or pre-owned Nissan Altima. As we walked the lot I came upon a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Kyle showed me all that the car had to offer and we went for a joy ride(known as a test drive to most people, but test drives are for technicians). After joy riding in the Sonata I told Kyle I was definitely interested. He talked to Wade in finance and Wade worked very hard to get me a good deal considering my credit history. Wade was able to finally get me a good deal. I then sat down with Joseph Cassata and worked out all the final details. At the end of my experience I walked out with a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with everything I wanted in one car. From the very beginning Kyle Showalter was great. As I said he was both friendly and professional. I would recommend EVERYONE to Kyle Showalter. So if anyone out there is looking for a vehicle to purchase ask for Kyle, he won't steer you wrong. Great Customer Service I recently had an issue with a tire on a CPO vehicle I purchased. I received a call from Joe King and after explaining the situation to him, he said he would look into it and call me back. I received the call back as promised and Joe had worked out a satisfactory solution to my issue. Joe kept his word and was very professional through the whole process. I've had bad experiences with service departments from other dealers but these guys set the bar high ! I've bought 2 vehicles from Hyundai of St. Augustine and I wont buy a car from anyone else. Top notch ! More

Not only did he find the perfect car, but he had it delivered to Jacksonville the same day! The 2014 Elantra Limited, red with beige interior and all the amenities was much more than I could have hoped for! Jordan, the salesperson, delivered the car to Jacksonville and was efficient, effective and polite in helping me to fill out the required paperwork to finish the sale.
