I got my 2010 Tucson on Feb 19, 2010, and I LOVE my car. I did a lot of research before buying, & even visited other dealerships, but we decided on St. Augustine & I'm glad we did. So glad, that my husband went back on April 1, 2010 & bought a new Santa Fe!! Joey was our salesman & he is a very personable young man, & knows those Hyundais inside & out. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Wade is the sales manager & made us feel very welcome. Dana handles all of the financing paperwork & certainly knows his job!! Again, he answered all of our questions fully, & made appropriate recommendations. Joe King is the service manager & I have never dealt with a more pleasant, knowledgeable man. It certainly seems that the DeFeo family has put the right team together at their St. Augustine dealership. We are thrilled to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. After some initial "bumps" we were contacted by the person responsible for internet sales, Joey Cassata. Joey confirmed that the dealership had a Santa Fe that would meet my needs. Abd he offered to come to our home (50 miles from St Augustine) to complete the paperwork on the sale. We decided to drive to St Augustine instead. Joey was knowledgeable abou every feature of the vehicle. He carefully pointed out the differences in the 2010 model I was buying than the 2007 Santa Fe I was trading in. My husband and I were treated with competence and courtesy by everyone we met at the dealership. The owner and sales manager made it a point to introduce themselves to us. When we went into the Finance office to complete the paperwork, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop -- eg fees we hadn't talked about. It didn't. The price we walked out the door with was exactly as negotiated with Joey. More

We have been going to this dealership for service since they opened (2006?) and have purchased two new vehicles for them, once in August of 2008 and the second in April of 2010. Their service department is absolutely top notch, we usually deal with Kirk but have had occasion to deal with other members of their service department as well. Their technicians provide wonderful service to our vehicles and we are accomodated in all regards when dealing with Kirk. Very satisfied. The sales department is also top notch. Wade and the sales associates we have dealt with are all professional, knowledgable, and sincere. The experiences we have had with this Sales department is very atypical: They actually listen to and respond to our requirements! That alone gives us the ability to make a deal without reservation, knowing that we have received the car we want/need on the terms we need. We all have had some negative experiences with automobile dealerships in one way or another, but Hyundai of St. Augustine is definatley NOT one of those places. We HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of St Augustine to anyone looking to purchase or maintain a vehicle! More
