No one wants to take a new car in for service, but stuff happens. When it did I was met with professionalism and care. My salesman asked me about my problem, my technician worked tirelessly until he had everything right and when further refinement was needed he would not let me take the vehicle I got a car from the dealership and came back when everything was perfect. My car looked better than (OK as good as) the day I bought it. My wife bought her Hyundai from a different dealer (mistakes happen) but when service is needed Hyundai of St Augustine may be a little further, but they go the extra to make the customer happy. We will recommend to all. More

I recently had my car towed in and a brake light replaced which caused the breakdown. Although the overall N/C invoice which I signed for indicated that the car had been washed, when I arrived home I s which caused the breakdown. Although the overall N/C invoice which I signed for indicated that the car had been washed, when I arrived home I saw THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN WASHED as shown on the invoice...Your service department seems ULTRA BUSY and I am concerned that my Sonata and SOON TO BE GENESIS.will not get its required service as indicated above. The people are friendly and the service is excellent. Cheryl Buck was the service coordinator that took care of my last visit. She and the other service coordinator were very helpful, knowledgeable, and helped make it a positive experience. Every visit to the dealership has been a good experience. This dealership will be my first choice when I decide to buy my next Hyundai. More
