Although I took my car to another dealership and also received great customer service, my car was not fixed and the service department did not take my complaint seriously. I opted to have my car towed to your dealership knowing I would have to pay. I'm so glad I did. Not only is Cheryl great at her job, she was kind and listened to my concerns. She did not rush me, kept me informed at all times, and she was a joy to deal with. I told Hyundai that even if I had to carry my car on my back to get it to your dealership, I would because not only was my car fixed this time correctly, Cheryl was awesome. This is my 4th Hyundai, each of which has been a great car. The price is great and the quality is superb. I had a minor problem with a coating rubbing off my leather steering wheel, and they just put a wh car. The price is great and the quality is superb. I get a free wheel, then a car wash and vacuum. Then, to top it off, I get this debit card for Hyundai 'misstating' the MPG...really cool, and totally unnecessary (besides, I get the mileage they said I'd get!). I'm Hyundai for life, and St. Aug.
