We visited multiple car dealerships last week. We were shocked by the lack of sales professionalism we encountered in some of the stores. That was not the case at Infiniti of Birmingham. Pedro We were shocked by the lack of sales professionalism we encountered in some of the stores. That was not the case at Infiniti of Birmingham. Pedro met us in the lot with a firm handshake and a smile. He was patient and helpful. Mark, the General Manager also came out on the lot and made us feel welcome.
