Mason is a good Sales Person,I know he is a new at this dealership so he had to go to the Sales Manger for help, I can't remember the Sales Manger's name but he was not a good communicator and i don't thin dealership so he had to go to the Sales Manger for help, I can't remember the Sales Manger's name but he was not a good communicator and i don't think he was very helpful at all, he did not talk to us he really talked at us he was not forth coming at all. We had a great experience working with Andreas. He was thorough and helpful during the car buying process. He took the extra steps to help make sure we got what we were looking for. Lisa was also a huge h thorough and helpful during the car buying process. He took the extra steps to help make sure we got what we were looking for. Lisa was also a huge help with my early questions and helping me book an appointment at the dealership. She even followed up with us that night and the next day to see how things went. I would recommend working with them and Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to anyone. Note: repairs to the used vehicle have been agreed to and scheduled. Easy, patient, thorough, transparent experience. Lisa M Krop is the Internet Sales Manager with whom I worked. She is personable, responsive, and respectful of my time. I had quite a few questions so she Krop is the Internet Sales Manager with whom I worked. She is personable, responsive, and respectful of my time. I had quite a few questions so she asked me to email them to her all at once so that she had them in writing and could clarify if necessary. She got them right the first time. As soon as she got them, she set about getting them answered completely, quickly, and demonstrated excellent follow-through. In the rare case when she didn't have the answer, she found Shabana Zejneli, her Sales Manager, Joe, or another "right" person at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills who did. Thanks for everything! More
