I tend to go into a car dealership with my guard up, in part because I’m a female assuming I’ll get taken advantage somehow, fast talking sales reps, throwing numbers around until your head spins, hidden fees, something I’ll miss. That’s exactly what happened at a Morton Grove dealership before coming to this place. The sales person there even told me I ask too many questions! It was a very different feel from the moment I walked in to Clarendon Hills Infinity. A refreshingly comfortable environment. I was able to put my guard down. Their sales rep Rishi Nath, and finance person Udo Wegner answered ALL my questions. It made me feel confident in my decision to buy from them. They were fair, clear, and friendly. From the people behind the counter at the entrance, to the sales people, finance and their service guys. I met them all… lol!
