Initially great, disappointed with follow up Diego was great to work with initially, when I came back to exchange some paperwork, Tiffani was also very helpful. Buying a car isn't fun (getting the car is, but it's time consuming waiting on the paperwork and logistics). However since then, we have been VERY disappointed w/ the response/assistance from Sam in finance. A typo in the date of our payment hasn't been fixed - and our initial call was returned a week later w/ "you need to contact infiniti directly". Why does it become our problem to deal with - our payment amount increased so we could have the date we wanted for our payment...only to not have the date actually changed in your system?! I respect and appreciate that ppl go on vacation, and am sorry that the time to make changes in the system expired b/c of that, however there must be exceptions when we tried to make that change. Since then, our calls have not been returned. Disappointed. Sam was initially easy to work with...but since then, seems to have just put us off bc his work is done. More
