Like most people I think, I'd rather get my teeth drilled than go to a car dealer. The experience is almost always unpleasant, takes way too long, and ultimate turns into a competition to see who can get th than go to a car dealer. I've purchased about 20 cars in my lifetime and only twice was it a positive experience and dealing with Velko was the second time! Great person who simply helps you buy which is what all great sales people do, not sell you something.
