Room for improvement I got a vehicle that was not detailed before delivery, you could feel and see dirt particles on body, even around mirrors. I wanted a 2020 vehicle but was told that none was available. The interest rate is high and was not based on my credit rating. Other dealerships and banks are currently offering lower interest rate. Wish I had shopped for my own loan I would have gotten a lower interest rate. Once you sign the contracts and drive off the lot that is it. They are not going to take back the vehicle if you are displeased. Jana was very professional throughout our encounter unlike Velko who was upset with me for sharing my opinion of sales process.
