The radest dealership experience! Last night my girlfriend and I came in just to get her car appraised for a trade in. Just before we had gotten to the infiniti dealership we had been at a ford dealership looking at a 2015 ford escape. Surprisingly the infiniti dealership also had a ford escape. Mike was super patient with us as we looked at all the features of the car, and answered all of our questions. He was extremely nice and professional, even stayed past closing for us so we could purchase our new suv! Also thank you to the rad Paul Kay for giving us the best deal possible! He really worked his magic to make sure we were getting the most out of the offer, and was great the whole time. Paul never once made the car buying process uptight and boring. Everyone in the dealership is professional and sharp looking. 3. Immediately a nice salesperson named John Shultz greeted me and showed me my Q50. 4. John Schultz was really knowledgeable in answering all my questions and knew his stuff. 5. When it came to price. John told me he will only give me one price but it will be the best deal in town. The past dealerships tried to give me the highest price possible on first attempt, scam me, pressure me and use all the shady dealer tactics for me to buy right now. The price I got in Naperville was the best one I received right away and there was no pressure to buy. 7. I told John you got yourself I deal because I buy things from people I like and trust. 8.
