This is the first dealership I've been to that actually gave me a quick final bottom line price with taxes delivery and interest rates. I knew just how much a car payment would be right up front. The radest dealership experience! Last night my girlfriend and I came in just to get her car appraised for a trade in. We sat down with Mike Swanson who started giving us some options of different cars we could take a look at. Just before we had gotten to the infiniti dealership we had been at a ford dealership looking at a 2015 ford escape. Surprisingly the infiniti dealership also had a ford escape. Mike was super patient with us as we looked at all the features of the car, and answered all of our questions. He was extremely nice and professional, even stayed past closing for us so we could purchase our new suv! Also thank you to the rad Paul Kay for giving us the best deal possible! He really worked his magic to make sure we were getting the most out of the offer, and was great the whole time. Paul never once made the car buying process uptight and boring. Definitely made the car buying process more fun. We really appreciate all the hard workers at infiniti of Naperville for always being so great to us. More
