She knows her product, helps discuss ways to get the best deal, but does not pressure! She is respectful, professional and kind. She had all the paperwork in order upon our arrival to pick up the car. This is also the second time we worked with Ken Neufeglise. For the Accord we financed the car, for the Civic he explained the details of the lease. Terms were explained clearly, fully and accurately. Ken also was efficient with paperwork taking any potential headaches out of the process. You can be proud to have such friendly, knowledgeable and kind professionals on your staff. The only way it could have been better is if the car was free! More
