By far... the BEST Experience! Thanks, Joe! I had stopped in on a Thursday night, with only one question in mind, "What can I get for my trade?" Joe Preteroti was the sales man I was lucky eno I had stopped in on a Thursday night, with only one question in mind, "What can I get for my trade?" Joe Preteroti was the sales man I was lucky enough to have had introduce himself to me when I walked in. Joe right out of the gate made me feel like I wasn't just another "sale" he asked me what brought me in and when I told him it was just to see what I could get for my trade, he kindly said, "No Problem" he was able to get an answer for me with in 15 minutes of being there. I thanked him, he gave me his card and told me to contact him if I thought of any other questions. I came back the next day and was able to sit with Joe again. This time I had asked to test drive the CR-V and again with very little waiting he had a car for me to drive. When I came back from the test drive, I sat with Joe and asked him if he could have a manager give me a final amount on my trade and what a monthly payment would be. He came back with all of my questions answered. I was Sold, not just on the car itself but on how stress free Joe made the whole experience. I was able to pick my new car up Sat and was on my way. They also gave me a great price for a new CRV and Ashley was very helpful in in explaining loan options. When I picked up my new car and Brad was showing me all the new features, we were ready to set up the phone Bluetooth and I mentioned that I was getting a new phone in a couple of days. Best Experience Ever I have had a lot of stressful and bad experiences when it comes to buying a car. This was my first time purchasing a car from Ide Honda and it was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy or in my face at all. My decision to get a new car came very abruptly and in less then 24 hrs I was driving away in my new to me 2013 Honda Civic! I was able to test drive a few cars, that were actually in my price range I could afford. At no time was I pressured to make a decision or to go for a more expensive car. My Sales Rep Gerry Lamb was friendly and very understanding to my needs and what I was able to do. When I got the call that I had been approved I was so happy and the financial manager that called me, Adam Weil, was friendly and patient to my being so excited and a little scatter brained! They told me they would have the car ready at 1:30 for pick up that day. When I got there they sat down and went over everything with me, Gerry even came out and explained all the new features I had and how to use them. Which I needed because I was upgrading from a 2003 Honda Civic! This experience was all around a fun and great experience and I will definitely go back there when it is time for another new car or when I need service on my car! More

Best Service Department I Have Found Anywhere The Dick Ide Honda Service Department has been excellent ever since I bought my first Dick Ide Honda Civic in 1991 (which my son now owns...). Excellent Customer Service I took my van to get an oil change. While I was there, Jim's team noticed something wrong with the sway bar. Made a stressful experience, enjoyable i cannot begin to explain how stressful it was looking for a used Honda. We'd been to so many places and left disgusted. Dealers lied to us. That is until we saw an ad for a used Civic at Ide. Wow, it was like night and day! Our salesman, Jose Santa, was friendly, honest and followed through on everything he said he would do. He made it an actually enjoyable process. On the day of delivery, Rich Ide came out to say hi to us. He was warm, welcoming and funny. I woukd and will recommend them to ANYONE looking for a vehicle. It's a relief to know there are still some "good guys" out there. We love our car!! More
