Being a female, it's difficult to be taken seriously in the automotive world, as people either think you're uneducated in what you're looking for, or try to take advantage of you. After sitting down with Brad and Adam, they explained every step of the process and pulled some strings to get me into a pre owned vehicle, at which I was ecstatic! They needed a day or so to process paperwork, and the next thing I knew, I was actually getting a brand new 3013 Honda Fit. My jaw was on the floor! I went in the next day to finish paperwork, and picked my car up the day after. The entire process took less than a week, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Brad went above and beyond helping me, and Adam as well. They were both honest, straightforward, and overall wonderful! I'd like to say I'll be back soon to purchase my next car, but they got me so well situated with mine, that I doubt I'll need to see them for a very long time!
