Our salesperson for 2016 and 2019 was Jerry Lamb. He has been a man of kindness, integrity, information and a quiet willingness to do whatever it takes to keep us in the Ide Honda family. There was no pushy attitude when I brought up competitive lease options. Jerry has sincere patience combined with the a unique ability to listen to the customer's needs and concerns. I test drove every small SUV on the market before deciding I wanted to go with the CR-V, and then I visited every Honda dealership in the Rochester area to decide which one I wanted to do business with. I was looking for the best deal, but also a relaxed environment, someplace I could also send my mom when she was ready for a new car. I walked away from several dealerships just because I didn't like the feel. As soon as I spoke with Cory, I knew I wanted to give him my business. He was well-informed, but not pushy. I was planning to buy a new CR-V unless I could find just the right used one. Cody patiently helped me test drive several used cars, as well as the new model for comparison. I spent HOURS going back and forth, and Cory never pressured me one way or another, just answered my questions.
