People say Honda’s sell themselves, but it's really the interaction with your salesperson and the courtesy of the dealership staff that really gets the cars off the lot. I’m a numbers guy, I have to see all the details on a page in order to make a decision and Brad went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. The finance staff was impeccable with every detail of the contract and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. Brad even brought me a cup of coffee while I was going over the contract. The car was evaluated for a transmission shake by IDE beyond the 60k power train warranty, although it was never resolved. It sets me back $1500 to fix it. Have since come to learn it is a common CRV problem. More

Odyssey Elite to drive cross country as well as home use We bought the Odyssey Elite 2018 for our annual drive cross country from NY to California. We worked with Al Gleichauf and finance person Jake Anders We bought the Odyssey Elite 2018 for our annual drive cross country from NY to California. We worked with Al Gleichauf and finance person Jake Anderson. Al was terrific. He was enthusiastic and treated us with respect, dignity, and honesty. He was diligent and attentive to our needs and the type of car we thought we needed. We liked the no pressure atmosphere. We test drove 2 odyssey's and picked the elite. Buying was made easy with Al and Jake. We feel Al went above and beyond what was expected of him to make this a great experience. There is so much electronics on this car ..we were given a book and DVD as well as an on line site for information. Al went over the electronics with us to make us comfortable with this so we could drive home. He stated he was available to help us whenever we needed him to just call or stop by. Al is very knowledgeable allowing us to experience this buying process but there to guide us every step of the way. Jake gave us all the finance info in an easy to understand format which we appreciated. We will recommend this dealership and of course the services of Al and Jake. More
