Taking delivery Brad spent the extra time with me to make sure that I knew the in/outs of the car going as far as showing me how to change the background image on my radio, to some this might be a small thing but having the knowledge to show someone a cool new feature the car offers was a high-point. Great Experience. I had been searching and test driving different vehicles for almost a year. I narrowed it down to a couple different vehicles. I searched on line and I had been searching and test driving different vehicles for almost a year. I narrowed it down to a couple different vehicles. I searched on line and found the certified used 2016 Honda Pilot. I corresponded with Al who was a pleasure to work with. He had the vehicle ready to test drive after a bad snow storm. I liked the handling and the smooth ride. Ken handled the financing and he is a pleasure to work with as well. I had to bring the Pilot in for service within the second week due to a tire that kept losing air. Jim repaired the tire and has us back in the vehicle with in an hour. Ida Honda should be glad they have Jim working for them, he is funny and has high expectations about the work he completes. All employees I encountered there were wonderful and very knowledge about their job. It was a pleasure buying my 2016 Pilot at Ide Honda. More
