Kiersten offered the best sales experience we've ever had when buying our 2021 Atlas. We had a chance to visit a few other dealers in the area and test drove other 3-row SUVs to make sure we were purchasi when buying our 2021 Atlas. We had a chance to visit a few other dealers in the area and test drove other 3-row SUVs to make sure we were purchasing the right car for our family, and at other dealers there was always something a bit off-putting by the salespeople, whether it was a pushy or over-the-top demeanor, or just an absolute lack of concern, almost like they didn't expect us to buy the vehicle (which, to be fair, they were right). Kiersten was the exact opposite of pushy, and she felt genuinely interested in getting us in the right car, with the right details and trim, for the right price. It turned out she had the exact car we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier with our decision.
