Unbelievable Customer Service! I was working with Dave Bertulli on purchasing my first car. He couldn't have made the process any more enjoyable for my family and I. His quick responses to my calls and faxes was impeccable. Every question I asked and all the information I needed he explained thoroughly so there was no confusion. Buying a new car as a young girl is very intimidating and Dave is a warm welcoming, outgoing and personable guy. He is definitely a great, if not the best asset to the team at Imperial Ford. We were able to "window shop" without being approached or hassled by any salesman. We left the dealership and went home and continued checking online inventory and pricing through other area dealers. After our minds were made up and we found the vehicle of our choice we went online and asked for pricing via then online option. Within hours we received our information from Lou Frasca. He followed up with a phone call and explained who we should talk to if we decided to go to the dealer and look at the vehicle. We went back to Imperial Ford with intentions on purchasing a brand new Ford Super Duty. We exited our car and began walking inside the dealership and were approached by Jonathan Filleul who displayed AMAZING customer service skills. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he was able to locate the vehicle on the lot for a showing and a test drive. He never pushed purchasing or trying to talk us into any other vehicles. He was a great advocate for Imperial Ford answering all of our questions (no matter how stupid they seemed!). After the amazing customer service from Jonathan he started negotiating with the Sales Manager (Michael DiMella) and the two of them came back and explained in detail what our options were and offered their advice on what options would suite us better for the financing portion. Receiving all of the information and input from the both of them we decided to go ahead with the transaction and were able to meet with William Granata the Business Manager. Will continued with the positive customer service skills and was able to get us financed for the vehicle we wanted at the payments we were hoping for!!! This dealership had amazing Customer Service skills and were always able to answer any questions asked. They also interacted with our son and made sure his input was heard and made him feel as though he was part of the decision making process. They were simply AMAZING and we would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thank You Imperial for the easiest auto transaction possible! More

I was interested in a recent model used Ford Explorer. Gerard arranged test drives of the ones I was interested in and never pressured me to buy new or look at something else. I was never rushed or pressured and felt that Gerard had my satisfaction as his top goal. The Explorer was delivered in excellent condition and has performed like new. I asked if they could locate me a certain car but was told none available at this time and I would have to wait for 2015 model. My daughter took a ride to Imperial Ford in Mendon and found a wonderful salesman to help her get everything she wanted & that salesman found the exact car I was looking for my Ford Edge. Outstanding experience with Doug Hood and Will Granata!! Doug and Will were both excellent working with my son (and recent college grad) making his first vehicle purchase. (Dad was just along to co-sign :) Doug and Will were both excellent working with my son (and recent college grad) making his first vehicle purchase. (Dad was just along to co-sign :) They both treated my son with the same level of patience and respect as if he had walked in with a bag of cash ready to close a deal on the spot. We never felt rushed, had plenty of time to ask questions about financing options and took a leisurely test drive through the little town of Mendon. The entire experience was unlike any other car buying experience I have had before. For my son, it was his first and I can't imagine he'll want to look anywhere else for a new or used vehicle in the future. For my wife and me, it was equally an enjoyable experience and there is no doubt that we will be back looking for Doug and Will when in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you, again, Doug and Will!!
