I drive around 30,000 plus miles a year for work so I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years. I went into the dealership and had Shawn pull up the SUV I was interested in. In less than two hours I was in and out, traded my pick up in for a respectable price and drove home the new SUV with no xx at all! While I was waiting I had a great lunch at the dinner on the dealership and got some work done as well. None of my day was wasted and I really did leave in awe on how smooth and quick the process went. These people have it down to a science and I'm the first to complain when something doesn't go smooth at all. With that said I'm impressed with the dealership and will highly recommed working with Shawn in sales and William in Finance they did an excellent job. By the way I never take the time and write these reviews, but it is well deserved in this case. More

New Car Purchase - Very Satisfying From when my wife and I walked in the door on Black Sunday the last day of the advertised sales we both felt very comfortable. Our sales man Jon came out and walked us through the lot (a very large inventory to choose from ) looking at various cars and asking questions to get an idea of what our driving habits were and what we were looking for. After a little while I mentioned that I saw the ford fiesta that I wanted in an ad on their web site. He asked if I had the advertisement with me and then went and got the exact car that was listed. Surprise of surprise, I figured that would be unavailable and or sold already. No bait and switch here! He brought the car around and we went out on the test drive. Loved the car, great visibility, very peppy performance for a little commuter car. Jon is about 6'5'' tall and he got in the back seat so my wife could be in the front. No worries about the headroom for passengers. Needless to say I wanted the car and we were off to the showroom to write up the paperwork. Next I dealt with William; I think he would title me as "Creative Credit Required" and he was able to come up with a package that financed everything. He took the time to answer all our questions. All in all in about 1.5 hours I had purchased my car and still made it home in time to watch the Pats game. This was the best new car experience that I have ever had. I recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

Everyone was extremely helpful and informative while always having a sense of urgency to make sure I was pleased. The follow through from the financing to picking up the car was also fantastic. Competition gone away I had been a service customer of The Dodge Truck bay in the Chrysler dealership. Jeff the diesel guy always made me happy servicing my Cummins. First selection, after the shop inspected it they rejected it as not fit to sell!!!!!! where some other dealer would take your money and hope it held up for thirty days. I had another choice.The Chrysler Town &country Touring but no one knew where it was. Dennis found it!!! Dave handled all the paperwork and the trade. Jeff did the finance and warranty in about 20 minutes. Dennis is at bat once again taking care of all the extras and two return trips. Overall this has been a good time. Thanks, Dick Lundy More
