Best Saleman Ever My daughter needed a reliable car for her job. I heard Imperial was a good dealer from friends who live in a nearby town and whose financial judgments My daughter needed a reliable car for her job. I heard Imperial was a good dealer from friends who live in a nearby town and whose financial judgments I trust, But i was not prepared for the courtesy and interest shown to us by the salesman, Ed Kelly. He went out of his way to make sure that Caitlin didn't just jump for the first car he showed her, but took her for a tour through several models that he had preselected before our arrival according to the specifications she had given him over the phone/on line. There was no pressure and no hype and no "just one more thing: to try and get more dough out of her. The car was ready for her a couple days later in pristine condition. she's had it for three months now, and it's everything Ed said it would be and more. Rides smoothly, is economical and reliable. I would recommend Imperial Motors, and most especially Ed Kelly to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Waste of Time I had been in contact with Sarah from this dealership. Via email she made it sound as if she were a sales person. She even asked me to ask for her w I had been in contact with Sarah from this dealership. Via email she made it sound as if she were a sales person. She even asked me to ask for her when visiting the dealership. So one day I went to see about an advertised used ford escape limited for $16,999. I asked for her and was told she is in marketing and not a sales person. So I was introduced to one gentlemen whom brought me to his desk and immediately had me to go another salesman. I was able to test drive the escape and I explained to the salesman that I liked it and also wanted to test drive the C-Max. I told him it was still something I wanted if we couldn't make a deal on a new c-max. Well after test driving the C-Max and him going back and forth we just couldn't reach a deal on it. So I said then we'll go with the escape. He turns around and tells me they just sold the escape I had just test drove. Also the price of the used escape was only if you took all of the incentives and had a vehicle to trade in that was a 2006 or newer. One incentive was from ford motor credit which I was told had rates of 5% or more. My suggestion is go some place else. I was able to purchase a used 2011 escape for 13,000.elsewhere. More

He was extremly friendly and helpful. He had almost the exact car my wife wanted and we bought it that night. It really was a stress free purchase. We had looked at several other dealers and had come very close to buying from another dealer but just didn't feel comfortable with them. We actually spent a little more and got a few additional features we didn't need just because how good it fealt dealing with imperial. More
