I have had the pleasure of working with Donald Hanscom, Service Advisor several times, including today. I am always greeted with a smile and treated in a professional and courteous manner. Imperial Ford is approximately 20 miles from my home, but I return to Imperial Ford for my service needs even though there are two Ford dealerships within 10 miles of my home. Great service…I was in an out within 40 minutes today. More
