Recently purchased a used RDX and brought it to Island Acura to catch up on due maintenance, including timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Made an appointment on advance and my service advisor Joe check Acura to catch up on due maintenance, including timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Made an appointment on advance and my service advisor Joe checked me in within minutes. Used coupons from their website and prices were very fair. Service was completed same day as promised. Received text message with access to my paperwork and was able to pay my bill online from the train on my way to the shop. Was on my way in minutes. This was a top notch dealer service experience. The wipers stopped working intermittently the next day after I serviced my RDX at your Wantagh service center.. I read on the internet that this is a know issue with a 2021 RDX’s.
