Service Department I don't have anything negative to post regarding the sale of my Acura. Best service appointment ever!!! Even though I don't drive an Acura I was in the area and realized I needed my annual inspection done as well as an oil change. I thought I would take a chance and see if they could possibly take care of this for me without an appointment Mr Robinson not only said yes but got me in and out with no problem and treated me like an established customer The staff was friendly the waiting area comfortable and the service provided was great My car runs better than ever I would definitely recommend Mr Robinson and the service department at Island Acura More

I've dealt 90% of the time with Joe Robinson, who is consistently nothing short of excellent. He's a great communicator, knowledgeable, and takes great care of me whenever I visit. The rest of the service staff are also great to deal, but I always am more at ease when Joe is handling my visit. More

Valet took my car, service desk welcomed me as if I were family. Joey is friendly and thorough, updated me of a recall and was very efficient. Customer waiting area is very clean, bright and well stocked w/coffee, water, newspapers, etc.. Joey kept me informed, asked me if I had time for him to get my car washed, no-charge! So nice! I'll be back! No reason to go anywhere else - love this place! More

My service experience I called in the morning and said I needed an oil change and I was told from Joey Robinson to bring it right down. Totally amazed I could get in the same day and to be greeted and with respect from him. He had my car done in an hour and a car wash! I would 100% go back and deal with Joey again! More
Lied by the Service Rep Went to Island Acura to get my car fixed. The service rep Joe Thompson helped me and was unfriendly to begin with. I explained to him the problem and Went to Island Acura to get my car fixed. The service rep Joe Thompson helped me and was unfriendly to begin with. I explained to him the problem and also told him that I have been applying a "temporary" fix, however, I brought the car here to get it fixed permanently. Sure enough they applied the same temporary fix that I did and he warned me not to use that feature otherwise I will do permanent damage to the car. That was his way of discouraging me from testing it. When I tested it in the lot and told him the car wasn't fixed, he was quick to offer me a refund and told me that I shouldn't have tested it because I will do permanent damage to the car. I explained to him that I don't intend to use that feature daily but I should at least be able to try it once to make sure it was fixed. He wasted 2 hours of my time and trying to con me out of $75 for the same fix I had told him I perform in 2 minutes. He never admitted to his lie and just told me that he hasn't charged me on my way out. He also lied to me on the phone because he had answered the phone when I scheduled the appointment and explained the problem to him. More
Excellent Service Department! Island Acura has a great service department. Joe Robinson was very helpful in solving my problem. He always listens and is very friendly. He gave me a loaner in case they needed my car for a several days, but I got it back sooner than expected and it was repaired under warranty. The customer service here is very good. I would recommend Island Acura for any repair work. Make sure to see Joe Robinson! More
