Overall it was a pleasant experience buying my car at Jackie Cooper. It was nice to leave a dealership without feeling like I had been taken advantage of. The salesman was great to work with. Blayne and this dealership consistently wasted my time and didn't or couldn't meet my expectations. - I requested making this transaction in-person at the dealership but that didn't happen due to their t and didn't or couldn't meet my expectations. - I requested making this transaction in-person at the dealership but that didn't happen due to their timeline for sale of the vehicle before the end of the month. - The vehicle was delivered to me, at Jackie Cooper’s cost. I requested the vehicle be delivered on a certain day, but that didn’t happen. So, I had set a requirement the vehicle must be delivered between 5-7pm on the next day, but that didn't happen either. The vehicle arrived at 8pm, in the dark, and I wasn't able to inspect or drive it before taking possession and giving up possession of my trade-in. - In hindsight I should have never purchased a vehicle without test driving first and being able to inspect in-person. - JCI was not able to give me a title for the purchased vehicle at time of delivery, even though they required I give up the title of my trade-in. Another lesson learned... - I feel like throughout the whole process my time was not respected. I, as the customer, had to make all the concessions to make the deal happen. In the end this cost me time and money. More
