To address the issues you mention in your review, out-of-state purchases are a little more specific to pay methods, yes. We are serious about our compliance with all state and federal rules when it comes to those methods and our finance practices...something we are very proud of and something we hope makes you feel confident in doing business with us! We do apologize if you felt the process was a bit disorganized. We did our best to match your schedule as you tried to pick the best method to pay and method to receive the vehicle. To help you prepare, we informed you of the restrictions in those payment methods ahead of time. The timing of your drive to Oklahoma did limit those options even further. To confirm, Certified Pre-owned vehicle warranties are 5 years from the original purchase date of the vehicle, something that is set by the manufacturer and disclosed up front. We are glad you were able to achieve the vehicle of your dreams with us and we are here to assist you further, as needed! Have a beautiful, blessed day!
