After two different visits of going there they then found out that my tire was no longer under warranty, I'm not sure why this couldn't be checked on front end so I wouldn't have wasted time going there. The only reason I went there was because I thought the tire was under warranty I would have gone somewhere else, especially since the price wasn't told to me until the very end and was much higher than quoted. Also my car was scheduled to be delivered me at work but not until 2 hours after work was to be completed, I tried to adjust this with my service advisor but got no response so I ended up going to get it myself after I finally was able to get through to somebody.
