Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They left my air filter housing unlatched. They brought car out to the ready line and the service rep said it wasn’t my car. I had to stare at my car for 20 min air filter housing unlatched. They brought car out to the ready line and the service rep said it wasn’t my car. I had to stare at my car for 20 min when finally she said it was indeed my car. On the way home, I heard a roaring sound as I accelerated. I popped the hood and found the problem. Sloppy! More
