Slow service and bad experience Service is slow every time, and experience is not pleasant. Visit #1 - At one oil change visit, the service manager didn't put a reminder sticker Service is slow every time, and experience is not pleasant. Visit #1 - At one oil change visit, the service manager didn't put a reminder sticker on the windshield. When I requested one, she still didn't put it. "Nobody uses it anyway" was her explanation. Visit #2 - The car was ready after an oil change. The technician kept A/c running and drained the battery. It had to be jump-started, and I had to keep the car running for 1 hour after missing my work. Visit #3 - I brought the car in for oil change. Two customers who came after me were taken care of. I decided to leave when the service manager said, "let me check who is responsible for your car. Oh, it is me!" Visit #4 - 2.5 hours spent just for an oil change. This review is probably a farce too. I will be surprised if anyone there reads it. This dealership seems to think they don't need to be customer friendly because customers in Roswell / Alpharetta have no choice but to come here. More
Worst Car Service I've ever experienced I've been in several times and I've never been pleased. They hardly even greet you when you walk in. I needed an oil consumption test because my MDX I've been in several times and I've never been pleased. They hardly even greet you when you walk in. I needed an oil consumption test because my MDX consumes oil. They can't even do that right. Went in for the latest check 2500 miles after an oil change... low oil level warning light comes on and that's supposedly acceptable. They will not advocate for us. They just say, "Call Acura" not our problem, I guess. They have lots of good google reviews, but I have several friends with Acuras who have similar experiences to mine. It's just terrible. More
