Awesome Customer Service I have two Acura Dealerships that are about the same distance from my home, in fact, the other dealership may even be a little closer. My first choic I have two Acura Dealerships that are about the same distance from my home, in fact, the other dealership may even be a little closer. My first choice is always Jackson Acura. The customer service is fantastic. They don’t just pay lip service to great customer satisfaction, they deliver it! Brittinay is thorough, helpful, and wonderful to work with! Work not complete Originally told service rep that car was pulling to right. They brought the car out upon service completion but that issue had not been addressed. So after waiting 2 hours, I waited another 30 minutes for the alignment to be done. When I got home car was dripping oil. And a stuck CD had not been removed from the CD player as I had asked. More
