Britt is the best!!! My MDX was having the same problem for the 3rd time. My battery kept dying, but because the tow team kept jumping it off before they put it on the tow My MDX was having the same problem for the 3rd time. My battery kept dying, but because the tow team kept jumping it off before they put it on the tow truck the tests at the dealership weren’t picking up the problem. So this last time Britt came to pick me and my 3 small children up so I didn’t have to wait for the truck and she made sure the tow truck team did not jump off the battery. Once it was fixed, Britt picked me up at my home on her way to work so my husband wouldn’t have to take me to the dealership. I knew Britt would take care of me and my problem. She is ALWAYS there for me. They finally got the right test and replaced the battery. She made the difference between me being furious and willing to hang in there. More
