2 hour oil change w/ appt. Had an appointment for an oil change and have the service plan but twice I was discouraged to have the oil changed because according to them new cars Had an appointment for an oil change and have the service plan but twice I was discouraged to have the oil changed because according to them new cars don't go by the typical 3k mile oil change intervals, just the life or the quality of the "nutrients" in the oil. The computer said the "life" of the oil was at 60% and the service gal said it could go for a lot longer w/o an oil change. And what about the filter? What kind of BS is this? Do they know if these miles are highway or in congested traffic? I bought the service plan so I can have the oil changed whenever I feel it needs to be changed. I find a 2 hour wait for an oil change, with an appointment mind you, excessive. They said it was because of washing and vacuuming. Well, they only vacuumed the front so...Not impressed at all. More

Service on my 2019 MDX I really enjoyed working with my service advisor, Yvonne, for the first time. I do have a brand new 2019 MDX that had an unusual thing happened in tha I really enjoyed working with my service advisor, Yvonne, for the first time. I do have a brand new 2019 MDX that had an unusual thing happened in that one of the springs on the rocker arms broke and unfortunately they had to keep my car for eight days however it was not an inconvenience because I was provided with a loaner car.
