It took awhile to be acknowledged as my children and I outside my vehicle waiting for my vehicle to be checked in, however I was finally asked if I had been helped, checked in and was shown the waiting area that was wall to wall with people waiting for service. I went under the cabinet to get toilet paper avd placed a roll in two stalls(there were only 2 available). The waiting area has dirty furniture and the Wi-Fi is a joke. I expect so much better from a luxury car dealer. Additionally, I left a message for a service attendant. She never called me back so I drove in for service abd thankfully got a good guy, Pat. More
