I wasn't financing and I didn't want the additional items and they struggled to take NO for an answer and they continued to press me on why I didn't want them. Other than that everything was fine. It was my 2nd purchase from Jackson Acura and I would recommend them and purchase from them again. Robert my salesperson was great. More

100,000 mile maintenance I had a 7am appointment and there was no delay and the loaned car was waiting by the time I signed in.
