Oil Change Went for an oil change. I purchased the Jackson Service plan when I got the car and feel like it's worth it. They provide a summary of how many serv Went for an oil change. They provide a summary of how many services you have left on the plan each time and send a summary email so you always know where you stand. I initially thought I needed my cabin and air filters changed, but Yvonne said for us to just take a look at them first before changing them if that's not needed. I appreciated her looking out for me. She brought them to me to show me what they looked like while I was in the waiting area and told me they were ok until the next service but I went ahead and had them changed anyway because I have some long road trips coming up, but again, appreciate honesty and not charging for work unless it's needed. More

AMAZING customer service! My 2004 TSX lost its accelerator pedal position sensor late at night 500 miles from home. Praise God, I was in Alpharetta! When the APP sensor goes, t My 2004 TSX lost its accelerator pedal position sensor late at night 500 miles from home. Praise God, I was in Alpharetta! When the APP sensor goes, the car performs like everything in the drive train is about to die. I limped into a hotel, spent an hour researching nearby Acura dealers, and queued up first in line at Jackson Acura the next day, a Saturday. Service Advisor Brittiany Byas assured me all would be well, and made it so. When I explained that I and my wife were in town to rendezvous with our daughter's family for lunch and attend an Atlanta United match, she provided a loaner MDX so I wouldn't miss lunch and, noting that the shop was pretty busy, volunteered to meet me at the dealership the next morning to trade vehicles if the shop couldn't finish my TSX in time for me to pick it up before the match. Brittiany lives 30 miles from the dealership; the next day was a Sunday. Jackson Acura is closed on Sunday. The shop finished in time, but Brittiany's offer was entirely serious and without reservation. Or hesitation. This is just so far above and beyond the call! Thank you Brittiany, thank you Jackson Acura, and thank God for Alpharetta! More
