Customer not always right? When I came for my last appointment I arrived on time but wasn’t greeted promptly. It appeared that everyone bit 1 customer service agent was on lunch When I came for my last appointment I arrived on time but wasn’t greeted promptly. It appeared that everyone bit 1 customer service agent was on lunch break! The one lady that was there had just greeted another customer as I was arriving. There were 3-4 employees gathered in a nearby office but none of them appeared to be working. Eventually the lady working flagged down a guy stocking drinks to get my car checked in. When I picked my car up it had a terrible smell inside. My husband called to let someone know and my “service rep” told him I must have run over something on the way home. That was extremely irritating to both he and I as the smell was in the car as I got in it. Due to his disregard to our concern my husband called and tried to reach the service mananget-he had to leave a message and to date hasn’t recess return call. To be honest all anyone had to do was acknowledge the complaint and tell us they were looking into it....no one did this and it is truly disrespectful to the customer. I hope that someone will use this as a teaching moment and remind people that in a service industry you greet the customer promptly and attend to their concerns. More
