Return Visit I had to return a week after my recall repair because my rear brake light went out. Lacks Customer centricity! I took my business to another Acura dealer where their service personnel don’t have nice glass offices and the difference is day and night! True care for their customers and it shows from the time you walk in there. I also ended up buying a new MDX from the other dealer as well! More
You get more than what you ask for! I went in for an airbag recall and they did a transmission service and washed my car fir free while I was waiting!!! What a nice surprise. Terrible service My appointment was at 830 on 7/10. I dropped my car off the night before. I didn’t get a call back all day until I call in the afternoon around 2:30pm My appointment was at 830 on 7/10. I dropped my car off the night before. I didn’t get a call back all day until I call in the afternoon around 2:30pm to check on my vehicle. They told me my advisor was Sam and was told he will call me back. I waited for another couple hours before I got another call back from him. He told me the technician haven’t looked at it but give him some time and will get back with me. Thirty minutes later he calls me back and told me it was the wheel bearing and they will need to keep the car overnight to confirm it is the wheel bearing. I told him My appointment was at 830 and I expected a call because I have no other transportation to get to work. I was hoping to get my car back the same day. I then asked Sam if they have any loaner vehicles and he told me no but the can shuttle me home and back. I told him I need a car but he kept telling me they don’t have anything. The next day (Thursday), I didn’t hear anything back again about my vehicle. I then call at 2pm and Robin told me Sam is off. Now I’m pissed because he didn’t let me know he wasn’t working. Now my car was just sitting for another day and I still have no vehicle to get back and forth to work and home. I was told that Yvonne will help me since Sam is off. I had once before when I had my car serviced. She was great. She called me back and informed me of what’s going on and I explained my situation to her. She was apologetic and told me she will find a loaner for me and she came through. I was grateful. I didn’t get my car back until Friday afternoon. It took 3 days to get this small problem fix. Very very unacceptable. More
