Oil Change I just came in for oil change this time. I do bring my vehicle at this dealership for other services as well. The process is good as well. However, I have asked them to please top up all the fluid as needed and they assured me. However I believe the things don’t get communicated in the back or I believe they know their responsibility. Despite me telling them, they didn’t do their due delligence. I took the courage and checked after the service and there it was. I aspect to believe them by this is very minor things they neglect. May be not important. More

Disappointed Back in Sept I paid to have Bluetooth disconnected because it was draining the battery. Three emergency jumps from AAA after Sept I take it back to J Back in Sept I paid to have Bluetooth disconnected because it was draining the battery. Service last year prior to NC trip I discovered no windshield washer fluid was added and driving conditions on 85 in the rain was aweful. Wonder if anyone checks if techs actually do the work. Asked for estimate for steering pump change out and only got a voice message. More

I wouldn't have even have been there to purchase from Jackson Acura if another dealership had listened to me. I walked out of another area Acura dealer because they wanted to play the stereotypical car salesman games. The finance process with Joey was a breeze as well. Jackson Acura is not conveniently located to my home or work, but I drive the extra and fight the traffic because of the way they do business. More

Fast Service at Lunch I knew my battery was going bad and came into Jackson during my lunch hour. I worked with Yvonne, and she made it all happen quickly.
