When my MDX had a problem, they did thorough testing to make sure they understood the problem and that my vehicle would be safe and reliable. They did exactly what was needed, but nothing more than was needed. They serviced my vehicle promptly, had it ready when they promised, kept me updated on progress, and did a great service. More

All they did was bang on the dash to see if something was loose. Husband's Lexus had rattle in sunroof. They replaced it. Still rattled. They then took the whole thing apart and fixed the issue. That's good service. I have several rattles in my Acura MDX..too many for an expensive car that is only 2.5 years old. Not only does Acura have issues with quality, this service center doesn't go the extra mile. Nick is great but focus on finding the root cause of the problem is lacking. More

2019 MDX Purchase Today we purchased our first new car in 25 years! We went to Jackson Acura yesterday afternoon to look at what they had on the lot. After telling our Today we purchased our first new car in 25 years! We went to Jackson Acura yesterday afternoon to look at what they had on the lot. After telling our salesman, Chege Maina (“CM”), what we were looking for, he led us to the perfect car! He suggested we drive an RDX to see the difference between it and the MDX, to make sure we made the best purchase for us. We appreciated this suggestion because he was more concerned with what we wanted than selling us the most expensive car on the lot. We went back this morning to complete the purchase. We negotiated a great deal on a beautiful car. The process was smooth and without any hitches. CM went over the basics of our new car. He told us to come back in a few days with any questions or needs we might have and he will go over everything with us. With the many features this car has, CM said he will spend whatever time we need until we feel comfortable with all the bells and whistles. One other thing, in 2010 we purchased a 2007 Certified Pre-Owned MDX from CM. We really appreciate the fact that Jackson Acura has salesmen who have been there for many years with whom you can develop a working relationship. It’s nice to come in 9 years after our last purchase from CM and he’s still there!! More
2016 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) MDX Purchase We went to Jackson Acura yesterday and today to purchase a CPO car for my husband. Even though it was right after the Christmas holidays, they had a good selection of CPO MDXs. The salesman we bought our 2007 CPO MDX from in 2010, Chege Maina (“CM”), was still there and he helped us find a beautiful 2016 CPO MDX, with low mileage and the Advanced Tech Package we wanted. It looked brand new! We traded in our 2007 MDX for a great trade-in price and drove home in our almost-new MDX. CM was extremely patient with all of our questions and the entire experience was very easy!! Over the past 9 years of dealing with Jackson Acura, we have always had a great experience with their Sales and Service. They are truly a top-notch dealership who cares about making and keeping their customers happy and coming back!!! More
Extremely Disappointed We purchased a pre-owned 2017 Jeep Cherokee with approximately 15,000 miles on it from Jackson Acura. The car was purchased on 12/12/18. The vehicle We purchased a pre-owned 2017 Jeep Cherokee with approximately 15,000 miles on it from Jackson Acura. The car was purchased on 12/12/18. The vehicle was driven for 4 days. On the 4th day, we discovered water under the driver side front and rear floor mats. We promptly notified Jackson Acura. We were simply told to take it to a local Jeep dealer to have the vehicle serviced since it was under warranty. I expressed my concerns to the pre-owned inventory sales manager at Jackson Acura and he advised me that he felt I was, "kind of making a big deal out of it and that it probably wasn't anything major". Today is January 8th, 2019. The vehicle is still at the Jeep dealership where they have not been able to find the leak. I have never been contacted by Jackson Acura to see if any progress has been made. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to share my extreme disappointment that after 4 days with the vehicle we had a significant issue and Jackson Acura hasn't followed up with me once to assist in addressing an issue with the vehicle they sold. More
