Wonderful Customer Service I recently had the remote start installed in my 2019 RDX and purchased floor mats and a cargo liner. My experience was great. She's knowledgeable; she takes the time to go over what will be done beforehand and quick estimate of what the costs will be, and then she thoroughly reviews the inspection with me to keep me abreast of any future issues that may arise so I can plan accordingly. Not only that, but the service department is quick. I'd settled in to get some work done in one of the work cubicles, and before I'd even got into the groove of work, she knocked on the door to tell me my car was finished and I could be on my way. My service advisor did not try and upsell me on things that was not needed. He actual told me some things I could hold off on until next visit. That was very surprising and greatly welcome. There was an issues he did suggest I get while I was there and it made since. The transmission fluid needed changing and I could see how, since it had never been change since we purchase the truck. Patrick, my service advisor made sure I was kept inform of what was going on and the time it was going to take to get all the approved services done. I was in and out before I knew it. More
