do nto appreciate that service prices are not public Service was timely, but the fact that the service rep hand wrote service prices is deceitful. Additional service was recommended that did not show up when I scheduled service based on the maintenance minder. And that service was $400 . Felt like a shake down. I will probably take my service business elseware based on this repeated experience. More

Great Experience with Jackson Acura My wife and I found a new MDX on the Jackson Acura website that we were interested in. The dealership was closed on Sunday so we sent a message thro My wife and I found a new MDX on the Jackson Acura website that we were interested in. The dealership was closed on Sunday so we sent a message through the website and received an immediate response from Paul Silverman. The following day we went in and test drove the vehicle and ended up signing the deal! We have been to other dealerships where the car buying experience can be long and painful but that was not our experience at this place. At Jackson Acura the process was quick, easy and painless. Not to mention that Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was great to work with! We closed our paperwork with Joey Andrews and he was great also. There was no uncomfortable pressure for us to purchase any unwanted products or services and they made the visit pleasurable.
