Paul Silverman is the best salesman hands down! Although Jackson Acura was not listed as a participant in the USAA car buying program, they actually quoted me a price below the price I was given from other dealerships that are in the program! On May 18th the 2012 Honda CRV my husband and I were driving was in a bad accident (a roll over) and was totaled. I wanted a car that had the safety of the CRV but emotionaly did not feel comfortable g driving was in a bad accident (a roll over) and was totaled. I wanted a car that had the safety of the CRV but emotionaly did not feel comfortable getting in a car that reminded me of the accident. I knew the Acura would be as good if not better than the Honda, but look and feel different. I also needed very comfort seats for my injured back. We also own a 2007 CRV so this was our first time at an Acura dealership. I was pleasently surprised by the appearance of the show room, and I did not feel pounced upon by sales people. We were given time to look about at our leaisure, but were ingored. Patrick McPherson introduced himself and offered to answer any and all questions. We were offered refreshments and made to feel comfortable. The professionalism of Mr McPherson and the comfortable seats in the RDX closed the deal for me, and my husband liked the car. More
Patrick was very helpful with not only selecting my new MDX but also with explaining the accessories. He explained several basic ones to start with and encouraged me to practice and return for additional MDX but also with explaining the accessories. I visited this dealership after researching the RDX Suv and the available inventory on the internet. As I arrived, Mr. Chege Maina greeted me and my wife very cordially and professionally, asking what par and the available inventory on the internet. After viewing several, I agreed to purchase the 2012 RDX that was listed on the website. After the purchase, I discovered the owners manual was not in the car, contacted the dealership and was told they would mail or I could pick-up, which I decided to do. While there, I expressed my disappointment to Mr. Maina about the performance and ride of the 2012 RDX. He immediately started to find what he could do to make my purchase of an Acura satisfying and offered to show me other options. With the assistance of Mr. St. Clair, I was allowed to drive several cars until I found the exact performance and luxury ride I was expecting from an Acura. With much appreciation for the patience and efforts of both gentlemen, I made the trade/purchase of my 2013 RDX, which I will be enjoying for a while. I really appreciate their patience with this deal and will recommend this dealership to anyone because of their professional handling of a situation I am sure they do not come across very often. From the moment I entered the dealership, I was extremely comfortable and impressed. I was greeted appropriately, but then allowed to go over the cars in the showroom without feeling pressured. I also went into the service area and waiting lounge and observed. Everything I saw was first-rate -- clean, comfortable and upscale. Immediately after I expressed interest in speaking with someone, Paul Silverman appeared. He thoroughly answered my questions and, most importantly, listened to what I was saying. He offered a test drive appropriately and gave me an excellent overview of the TL's features before we started. The car performed very well and I was impressed enough to bring my husband back to see Mr. Silverman car later that same day. I strongly recommend this dealership AND Mr. Silverman to anyone interested in the Acura brand. More
